Return Policy

We want you to love your Booma Goods experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. However, if your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us and we will make it right.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.
